NF1 is a genetic disorder affecting many different tissues with both tumor and non-tumor symptoms, including multiple neurological complications. Sleep disturbances are a commonly reported symptom in patients with NF1 but have received little attention to date.

We have conducted two studies in adult NF1 patients related to sleep, but we are now expanding this study into children with NF1. We are also interested in implementing a treatment for adults with NF1 and sleep disturbances. To learn more about these endeavors, please click on one of the two buttons below.
